If you are a new member, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer a member, we continue to share your information as described in this notice. However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

Eligible Items for Deposit

You agree only to capture images of “checks” as that term is defined in the Federal Reserve Board’s Regulation CC.  You agree that the image of the check transmitted to us shall be deemed an “item” within the meaning of Articles 3 and 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in California.
